Bob is consistently one of the top producing REALTORS® on the mid-Peninsula with sales exceeding $500M. Bob has been a Broker since 1996, having started his own real estate firm Kaman Properties. In June 2011, Bob joined Sereno Group because of the company's vision, network of top-producing agents on the Peninsula, and cutting edge technology and marketing platforms.
Bob grew up on the mid-peninsula, having previously lived in Burlingame, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Portola Valley and Woodside. He is a longtime resident of Los Altos Hills where he currently lives with his family. Bob attended Woodside Priory High School in Portola Valley. After obtaining his B.A. in Philosophy from University of California, Berkeley, Bob completed his law degree at the University of San Diego and is a member of the California State Bar. Bob is also a licensed General Contractor and has had development projects throughout the Bay Area. Bob and his father Mike have had many spec home projects on the Peninsula, building outstanding custom homes in the following cities: Atherton, Burlingame, Hillsborough, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley and Woodside. Bob has a stellar record over the years in selecting the right property for construction, selecting the right finishes, and staging and expertly marketing the home for sale.
It is this broad-based knowledge of residential real estate in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties and beyond, combined with the highest duty of loyalty in representing his clients' interests that Bob successfully brings to each transaction.
